To replace, use a hair dryer inside the connector to soften the internal hose sleeve. Once it becomes soft, squeeze and pull it out through the hole, then fit the new one

Alternatively, submerge the hose end in hot water (not too hot to touch) for about 30 seconds. The hose end will become soft enough to squeeze and pull through the hole.
